Yes, that's true for most of the world. Europe, North America, Latin
America and East Asia have already controlled population growth.
However, there still a big question mark that is called Africa. That
region is not stopping growth at all. If population growth does not
stop there soon enough, there is no hope the world does not get
overcrowded.
