station. the radiation shield would be surrounding the entire
station. anywhere you could walk, there would be a radiation shield
below you. not everyone would understand that the material below
their house would be for everyones protection.

these ppl did not have religious leaders like the devidans or the
ones that they are looking for now. according to some accounts the
leader of the most recent cult has over 150 children. also you have
no idea how they will decide if and when the "inflow and outflow" of
ppl will happen. humans will always be humans. someone was very big
on looking at the history of immagration. i say look at the history
of politics. it will be worse with the fact that there will have to
be a few draconian laws simply because of the risk of massive death
if a few things are not done. example is the blocking of emergency
door. if a meteroite manages to penatrate the shields and puntures a
hole somewhere. doors would automatically close to protect the rest
of the station. they would have to. some ppl would not understand
that, and would block those, resulting in thousand of needless
deaths. the risks would be too high for there not to be a few
draconican laws. once you have a few, politics would begin to creep
in, in even the best run station.
