How to get to 10 trillion people in this solar system?

This is more due to the grand failure of Science than due to the failure of
Religions.

really. then explain why there are more then one religion that
forbids the use of contraceptives of any kind, and in those
religions its very common for the families to be very large.

there is no such thing as racial maturity in this measure (as least
not yet). the only way "we" have that capacity is with laws, which
many consider to by rather nazi'ish (myself included). individuals
might have that maturity, but its not that wide spread. if you think
that those on earth have a responsibility to protect the ecosystem,
try to image someplace where that is 100 times as imperative and you
will have a space station. on earth if a life form perishes due to
mans lack of responsibility, nature will find a replacement
(eventually). in space, that lose could result in a few years in loss
of much more than a single species. it could conceivably result in
the loss of the station as well (yes its a bit of a stretch, but "for
lack of a nail, ... a war was loss"
