How to get to 10 trillion people in this solar system?

it was suggested that there would be more freedom in space.
unfortuante that cant possible be the case. its been a long time
dream of mine to help create the first space base either on a station
or the moon or mars. unfortuantely since i dont have a phd or
doctorate or anything even closely related, people assume that i cant
have a brainstorm. einstein was asked once what he believe was the
halmark of a true genuis, and he reply something to the effect that a
true genuis would be able to see the simple things and not have to
make them complicated.

great writers can put a message into a work of fiction such as a
commentary on the belief in personal freedom and people will see it
and say its a great work of fiction. some of them will take the
message with it. others will never see it. Asimov was always one of
the greats.

yes, he was knighted. dont ask me what rules or what ever. i was
under the impression that he was a british citizen.

i dont remember all the details, it occured when i was in high school
many years ago. amoung some of the things i remember was that his
lawyer had managed to get all the evidence thrown out on technical
issues in the two cases he was taken to court. there were a lot more
evidence that he was guilty, but it could not be used in court. the
the da notice on the two times that he had been picked up in the
area, he had had an expensive pair of wirecutters, one that was not
sold in the area and for which he had no legal use. she checked the
statues and discovered that it was still illegal to carry them.
several years later a new dna test was used to take in to court for
one of the rapes. the evidence on the many others were too
contaminated to be used. one interesting note to it, is that he got
less time for the one rape conviction than he did for carrying the
wirecutters. there was a big to do about the fact that it was wrong
for him to be sent to jail for that, despite the fact that there was
plenty of evidence that could not be used, to show that he was
guilty. everything was about race and sex. he was a black male, she
was a white female da. hardly anything every came up about the black
female victums.

had there been sufficent evidence on the other dozen or two rapes,
they would have sent him away for several life sentences, as is he
will be eligible for parole one day when he is very old. some people
believe that it is just as good to send a crimial away for a small
crime as for a big one. it gets him out of society just as well.
others say that since he was a black male and she was a white female
da trying to prove she was as good as a male, he should not have been
sent to jail at all.
