How to get to 10 trillion people in this solar system?

The habitats in space are going to have to be extremely Recycle
oriented.

Plants will be necessary to recycle the atmosphere as well as water.
But I believe it will be more than that. Everything will have to be
recycled to higher degree than currently practiced in the US.
