i beleive one day, likely more than one century away, perhaps
several, there will come a technology to break things down to their
component atoms, something like star trek replecators, but in
reverse. when that happens, it will only need energy to do so. until
then 90 to 95 percent will likely be the best that will be gotten. if
were still building, that 5 to 10 percent may be usable as sheilding.
