Africa (was ...10 trillion people in this solar system?)

true, were it not for these problems, they would never have gotten
into the situation they are in. corruption can and does explain why
so much help is useless. the amount of aid they get annual would
take care of the CURRENT situtation in a matter of small number of
years. what COULD possible help future situation would be teaching
them to have fewer children or something along that line.
unfortuantely that requires money, which does not reach the ppl that
need it.
