I have a good friend, one, Manual A. Cuba who lives in Peru, He has had
several science fiction stories published in Peru, but since I cannot read Spanish
I have no idea if they are any good or not.
He is one of the few people from SA who's name is on the Planetary Society
Plaque attached to the "sojourner."
By the way there are the names of 401 people from Central and South America
on that plaque representing 16 of 21 countries. There are also a few that I do
not have the country of origin that may be from Latin America and there are a
few from the Caribbean and 95 from Spain.
