Low G effects on permanent space dwellers

long time exposure to lower gravity would result in people being
unable to return to earth or any planet that had a higher gravity. if
you can build a station with 1/3 gravity, you can build one with full
gravity. the difference is minor. most people that envision stations,
believe that they will have multiple levels with multiple gravities.
this would allow people that had trouble with higher gravity, such as
people with leg problem, or weak hearts, to have an easier time
getting around. it would also allow people that were from the moon,
mars, or other planets to deal directly with people from earth or
other stations, without the major problems caused by living in a
gravity much higher than they are used to. it would also allow people
that had lived on the moon for long time to gradually become used to
handling full g.
