i cant see an entire generation deciding not to have children. if the
first one did, then after a few years everyone would realise that the
population was decreasing extreamly fast. as soon as that happen,
everyone would get to thinking that if they had children, they would
be able to take over. the next thing you have is a major population
boom.
is if somehow some disease ran rapant though it and caused everyone
to turn suisidal.
