You would have to define perfect. In my post I didn't say perfect I
said better. The two words are not synonyms.

The CO2 was piped to a green house. To maintain optimal CO2 levels for
plants. I'm not sure what they did if the optimal CO2 levels were
reached and there was excess. Probably vent it to the atmosphere.

I also don't know where they got the CO originally.
