Planet-sized objects like Sedna appear as blurs a few pixels wide
using the Hubble Space Telescope (see
http://www.space.com/scienceastronomy/hubble_sedna_040414.html), and
one would think that locomotive-sized objects are well below the
minimum size detectable by current technology.
