well them Saturn5s has one of the best manned launch records.. now
Apollo mission and capsule name, had cost the lives of three
astronauts. But the Saturn5 booster never caused the loss of a single
crew. And made it to space each man flight just fine. I think only in
testing it hit a few bumps but still did well...
Now as far as the Apollo 13. Im not sure if the small booster use by
the capsule to get to the moon is consider apart of the Saturn5 booster..
