Can high-tech cavemen live on the Moon?

Interesting thought a subculture also leading to a subspecies.
Well than the mainstream culture say on the moon may try to discourage
such subcultures from popping up though it is a good point you wont be
able to really stop people from doing what they want.
And yeah say your on the moon mining and your company chooses to pull
out or gose under and says pack it up and come back.. Would you want
to leave? I know I would find it very hard to...
