Can high-tech cavemen live on the Moon?

disadvantages? how about the fear of not having something solid
beneith you. some people cant fly or take boats because they dont
have anything solid beneith them. its a small group mind you, but
when people go to space, some of them will find the fact that the
station only has a few meters between them and space, to be totally
terrifying, not because its a vacuum there, but because there is
nothing below them.

what im saying is that there are all kinds of people, and all kinds
of reasons for wanting to live on the moon. there are people enough
to go around. those that want to have a stable horizon should have
it. personally, if i were able to go, id want to have a new place
outside my viewing area as often as we could move the ship.
