Getting paid in space

Why do you say that, with the Russian Space Agency making money on space
tourism? So you go to RSA with two people who will pay $20 million each to
spend 10 days on the ISS at the same time, you launch a private cargo vessel
to rendezvous with the ISS while they're up there, they put on their EVA
suits every day they're there and go out and turn wrenches. What's so
different from what is happening now?
