Super-habitats

Picture a long bar, like an axle, put a cylinder on the end like a wheel on
the axle, place a second cylinder on the rod, then if wanted another group
of two and so on, adding cylinders as needed, in twos of course and with one
half turning one way and the other half in the other direction to keep the
overall torque of the system at zero.

this is something i can see as buildable, but it still has the
problem of stability. Perhaps two rotating in opposition, connected
by a frame, with the mirrors on opposite ends, would stablize it and
keep them aligned with the mirrors.
