Full G on the Moon or other small bodies?

It's going to appear slanted anyway. The outside wall of your torus will be
further from the center than the inside wall. You're not going to get
constant 1G across that distance, nor will it be in a constant direction. If
the structure is designed to allow peopel to adjust from 0.17G to 1G you
might as well make it parabola shaped and give them more options than all or
nothing.
