I agree with you 100%.. This is not the right group for this debate..

I too have been a "closet atheist" for many years, but over the last
few I have decided to not be afraid anymore... Fear is very powerful..
Maybe the most powerful emotion we have.. It keeps us alive, but also
it is used to control us in ways we don't even realize.. Accepting my
atheism has been very liberating.. Freedom from fear is wonderful
feeling.. Better than any false sense of security can ever give..

This topic is done as far as I am concerned..
