Earth-Based Prototype

Al,

This conjectured Earth-based prototype would be an ideal setting for
an Institute devoted to Space Colonization. In fact, it could even go
the next step and be a specialization leading to a Degree in the
University environment proposed for the prototype.

Stay tuned. If the prototype ever gets built, I invite you to take
the lead in developing this concept in greater depth and detail.
