Nope. The exact same macadamia. But his problem isn't nuttiness,
it's arrogance. He assumes that only he ever thinks of these
potential showstoppers (a Stanford Torus would need a thick hull; the
parts of a space elevator lower than geosync wouldn't be weightless).
The idea that an entire NASA/AMES study group, over the course of ten
weeks, might also wonder how thick the hull needs to be, never seems
to occur to him.

We and our ideas are getting to be more well-known. So we will
attract the wonderful, the wingnuts, and the wacky. I suppose it's a
good sign... I hope.
