How can we get there?

What we have to do is persistently lobby via emails, website messages, blogs, repeated notes to key administration and congressional committee members. Lobbying of business leaders who have already invested in space/science/space craft/satellites and encourage/convince them to continue funding. We may even need to hype up the idea of space vacations for the wealthy who would have to be the "first responders" much like the first responders for iPODS, iPhones and games systems. These are the people who will make it profitable for investors to continue funding.
