I've seen estimates of the amount of people that the solar system could
support, if fully settled, that differ *vastly*. Ranging from about
3000 times the number of the current population of humans here on
Earth (7 billion), to literally billions of times the current one. Has
anyone else ever noticed this? Maybe we could describe various
scenarios about it.
