Hah! That is cool. And why not? It could even be on a
person-by-person basis... if you actually WANT to get wet, you just
touch the appropriate icon on your smart watch (or whatever), and tell
the system that you don't mind.

Of course doing this from (say) a 100 meter height, with air currents,
would be substantially harder than this demonstration. But given a few
more decade's technology and plenty of computing power to spare, it's
hard to imagine that it would be beyond our ability.

I dig that... when it rains, it rains everywhere, except on the people.
