A lot of people forgot about the term "Lunarcrete" and other
important material(facts). I recall one MidWest Space Development
Corp(MSDC), Board meeting long ago that the prospect of loosing good
research or good material getting placed aside was high enough to
consider forming a space library. Some space pioneers would roll
over in their graves if they knew. Anyway, to answer your questions
and reply to your comments:

2. Yes "...neither Bill Gates nor his company Microsoft has ever
create chips..." Have you seen Bill Gates Finical Portfolio?, I know
enough about the company that if things work his way, we are about to
see a lot more than we can imagine. He has invested a tone of money
in other companies related to his business and a lot of them are none
disclosed to the public*. Also having closer access to zero G will
help develop chips that will have equalization of crystal lattice
growth which is a big issue in materials science and NASA along has
spent an enormous amounts of resources on it.

3. You write:

It is not only about creating structures, it is about return on
