Yo, Bob, please note that the word "Science" is Greek
in origin and means nothing more than "knowledge". The
Scientific Metheod is something else again and is
merely a metheod of verifying that the knowledge we
think we have acquired is accurate. It really only
works because it seeks to DISPROVE any theory that is
incorrect. We can never PROVE a theory completely
correct without running an infinite number of
experiments which would take a really long time,,,but
we can DISPROVE a theory with a single wrong result
and then move on to something better.
