Live in Dallas, don't drive. Wouldn't drive one of those tanks
around with nobody but me in it. BTW, remember What Would Jesus
Drive? Jesus would've driven an SUV, 'cause He had to schlep these
twelve other guys around with Him. It's reasonable to drive one in
that case (though the roll-over hazard is something to think about).

I've heard about that. If the environmental movement wants to be
taken seriously (and as something that other want to be a part of),
they might start by doing a better job of policing their own.

I found it very interesting. If I ever buy a car, I will keep this
in mind. I'm a pretty piss-poor excuse for an environmentalist, but
I might as well take environmental factors into account. I mean, if
the Insight breaks down or has dangerously low acceleration, then no,
but if it is a good car...

Yep. And if they would, then other companies (Ford? Saturn?) would
start making them. Even hybrid SUV's might become marketable.
