It's about a murderer who hides in a space habitat laid out as a natural
preserve.
I also wrote a story of a suicide, where a man uses a CME to kill
himself. I haven't weblished that one because I'm not sure how realistic it
is, such as if a person can receive a deadly dose within half an hour and
die within one during a really bad flare, and become so thoroughly
sterilized that his corpse doesn't even start to rot, or how long it might
take for the storm to die down and make it safe to travel in unshielded
ships and flitters again.
