Well yes, I did say 'practically non-existant', which it is compared to my
experience. This was my point, it's all relative to what you're used to.
Of course I wouldn't advocate just switching all the lights off at 9.00pm.
A slow dimming over a period of about half an hour sounds quite reasonable
to me and of course the reverse in the morning.
