In this electronic money country, tip would likely to be regulated and
donated as part of the bill. The balance of the restaurant would
transfer the total tips of the week or month to the bank account of
the employee - and government would suck a part of the money in the
process.

Transfer to bank account. Interestingly, *everyone* would have to have
a bank account, even children.

And no, I don't think that this system is practical.
