amount of American citizens, then this population has changed
drastically (ethnically, culturally, etc) since the time of the
Founding Fathers (BTW, I am not American nor live in the US and so my
question may sound a bit silly, but was there no Founding Mother?) ,
in part because of massive and constant immigration, and so I would
think it perfectly natural for the American law system to incorporate
values from other countries as time passes.
